The National Joint Council's members work by consensus to to establish:

• Public Service Disability Insurance Plan

• Public Service Health Care Plan

• PSAC Public Service Dental Plan

• Public Service Pension Plan

• travel-related benefits such as:

  • relocation
  • commuting
  • health and safety
  • isolated posts and foreign service
