Bargaining Update

Bargaining resumed with the employer on October 4th and a tentative agreement has been reached for the SSO Regional Office Interviewers bargaining unit.  Work will now begin on preparing the ratification kit.  Thank you all for your support.

Once the ratification kits are prepared, ratification meetings will take place.  Watch for more information on these meetings.

SSO Field and Regional Office Interviewers

A deal has been reached with Statistical Survey Operations for the Field Interviewers bargaining unit.  Negotiations are continuing for the Regional Office unit.  More information.

Bargaining for both SSO Units has been progressing well.  The next meetings in early fall will either produce a settlement or set the stage for the involvement of a conciliator.  Read Bargaining INFO No. 5 for more details.
