Negotiations Begin at Royal Canadian Mint
Your Bargaining Team met with the employer on Feb. 7 and Feb. 8. 
Over the two days we exchanged bargaining demands and held question and answer sessions to clarify all demands on the table.
We are meeting again with the Employer from Feb. 25-27 for three more days of collective bargaining. It is very early in the bargaining process but there appears to be a willingness on both sides to renew the collective agreement in a timely fashion.
Your bargaining team is fully committed to representing their members and will remain strong and determined as the process moves forward. The team is confident going forward as they know that they will be able to count on the support of the membership.
