We write to you further to the MOU between the parties in PSLRB Board File No.: 569-02-34 and signed February 6, 2008.
The members of CEUDA Branch 24 have exercised their democratic right to vote and have, by a clear majority, rejected the employer's last offer for a VSSA schedule for Pearson. The Union, therefore, will be looking to the employer to meet its obligations as set out in paragraph 9 of the MOU.
We also call upon the employer to return to the VSSA bargaining table and negotiate in good faith with a view to concluding a VSSA for workers at Pearson.
