Overwhelming support nation-wide for bargaining teams, issues
Thousands of Public Service Alliance of Canada members mobilized in their workplaces across the country as our bargaining teams returned to the table to negotiate long-overdue collective agreements with Treasury Board and other federal agencies.
From coast to coast to coast on September 30, members handed out leaflets and green bands and posted union signs flagging support for our bargaining teams and quality public services.
Here are some photos from the day's activities [with more to come]:
Members from Gros Morne National Park, DFO and RCMP gather for a noon-time luncheon and information session.
Dawn Hardy, the Union of Taxation Employees local 90006 president and the provincial director of the Atlantic Regional Council, addresses members in Charlottetown.
Local members at CFIA hand out leaflets in St. John's.
