PSAC members scare up activities for Halloween
The employer (i.e. Treasury Board, Parks Canada and CFIA) must have had chills up their spine when they saw members of the PSAC mobilize at their workplaces last Halloween.
Once again, union members rose up in droves across the country to show their support to their bargaining teams, push the employer to negotiate a fair collective agreement and fight for no-contracting out and for quality public service.
Thousands from the Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, NCR, Prairies, B.C. and the North held information pickets, distributed flyers and did desk drops. Many wore Halloween costumes to express the frightening way negotiation has been going in the last year.
Below is a picture slideshow of activities across the country.
