Over the upcoming months and years, those of you in government and agency locals may be responsible for representing members affected by workforce adjustments. The Harper government has been clear about its agenda to reduce the size of government. What remains unclear is where these cuts will happen and who will be affected.
PSAC is enhancing the WFA toolkit so that members can be better represented.
