The Employment Equity Program
The PSAC employment equity program was established to:
- promote and coordinate employment equity/human rights issues within our union, within our members' workplaces, and in the broader labour movement
- provide information, education, tools, and resources for union representatives and union members on employment equity/human rights issues
- further our union's goal of integrating equity/human rights issues into all areas of union work
