PSAC'S PROTECTIVE REASSIGNMENT CAMPAIGN

At the 2004 PSAC National Health and Safety Conference, which was held in Toronto from March 26 to 28, the PSAC launched a campaign calling on the Federal Government to pass legislation that will ensure full protection for pregnant and nursing workers whose jobs pose a risk to health of their baby or foetus .

Integral to this campaign is a petition to Parliament, which is being circulated to all PSAC members and supporters. A copy of this petition can be view by clicking here. Please print off a copy of the petition and have it distributed in your workplace. Completed petitions should be sent, before September 30, 2004, to:
